A la Carte Items
Digital Recording
- Archive each of your meetings. Our technicians come equipped with a digital recorder and CD’s and will hand over the final copy at the end of your meeting.
Preloaded Presentation
- Ship your PowerPoint presentation to us at least 14 business days before your meeting and we will install it on your rental laptop. No need to worry about a thing, we take care of it all. Your Gig A Box® will arrive ready to go.
Presentation Creation
- AVI-SPL has in house experts that can build great looking PowerPoint presentations for any type or size of presentation. Click www.CreativeShowServices.com for more information.
Audience Response System
- Get your attendees involved in your next meeting with our Audience Response System. It allows you to get instant feedback and participation with an extremely cost effective pricing structure. Out solutions are smaller in size, requiring less set up, and offer all of the features commonly found in similar ARS units. Our system is totally PowerPoint™ driven, allowing for easy integration into current presentations.
Webcasting
- Allows you to broadcast audio and video of live meetings and DVD content over the internet. The video can be embedded into your corporate website, or built into a show specific website.
Pipe and Drape
- Our pipe and drape can be used to give your meeting room a clean and professional look. Give your speaker a professional background so he can WOW your attendees without the behind the scene distractions.
Larger Screens, Multiple Screens or Rear Projection:
- Boost the look of your next meeting with the addition of a larger or multiple screens. Make a real visual impact with by using a multiple screen set up. Or enhance to the look of your meeting room with the clean lines of rear screen projection.
Additional Mics
- Our standard Gig A Box® can accommodate up to 6 different microphones. But for larger meeting with an extended head panel or meetings that will incorporate audience Q&A adding additional microphones to our standard box is any easy solution.
Breakout Packages
- After a general session with our GIAB use our breakout packages to continue the inspiration in smaller groups. Our smaller packages can include any combination of the following: Room size appropriate screen, projector, laptop, laser pointer, and speaker system with wireless lavaliere. Not only are these solutions cost effective but time efficient with its easy set up and tear down times.
DVD Player
- Nothing grabs the attention of your attendees like a well put together video. Start your general session with a look at the past year or showcase your company talents with a clip. A DVD player can be added to your Gig A Box® to provide enhanced visual impact without a huge price.
