1. What operating system does the laptop come with?
Windows NT. PowerPoint is installed also.
2. Is shipping included in the cost of the rental?
No, shipping is extra and will be determined based on destination, and weight of equipment being rented.
3. Does the laptop have cables for internet connection?
Cables for internet connection are not provided. The laptops have an internal network card that only requires internet service, or LAN connection via Cat 5 cable
4. What is included with the rental package that I choose?
All necessary cables and instruction guide. Other products are a la carte.
5. Do you offer technical support?
Technical support is offered by calling 888-695-8127 Monday-Friday from 8:00-6 EST.
6. Where are you located?
We are headquarters are located in Tampa, Florida, but we have offices across the country and in Puerto Rico and Mexico.
7. What is the minimum rental period?
We have daily, weekly, and monthly rental rates.
8. Do you rent to individuals?
Yes, as long as you have a major credit card.
9. What forms of payment do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted for payment.
10. How do I return my rented equipment to you?
Included in your Meeting In A Box™ will be a pre-paid Fed Ex return label. Affix the prepaid label the MIAB and call 1.800.GO.FEDEX to schedule a pick up.
11. How much does a Meeting In A Box™ weigh?
A complete Meeting In A Box™, which includes: laptop, projector, screen and accessories in our travel case weighs 54 pounds.
